Question S80 control arm bushings

I need to change the control arm bushings on our 2002 S80 2.9. Do you know where you can buy "just" the bushings, and not the whole control arm assembly, and also, are any special tools needed to change them out? The old ones are really "wallowed" out, so they should come out easily, do the new ones have to be somehow "pressed" in? Thanks!

I realize it will immediately have to be taken and have an alignment job done on it, just wondering how difficult it would be to change the bushings out myself, then have the car aligned. Thanks again!

They need to be pressed in.
Not sure where to get them from though.
Also from a company called Power Flex there is urathane bushings avalible and they are not stiff. They only carry the smaller ones though.
