Question 2004 S80 break system failure pull over

So I have looked around and found other threads with this topic, but i'm not finding exactly what to do next.

There is a "brake system failure pull over" message
The ABS light and Brake light are on.
The dashboard lights are off. (meaning the speedometer and tachometer work but the illumination lights aren't working)
The cruise control won't work.
The trip is stuck at T2 and nothing and the odometer is stuck as well.

Everything else in the car works great. I have not had any trans or or power issues but I'm afraid they will be coming next.

I have seen people say it was there ABS module, so I called up a shop to see what they would say it and they said the only people that could help were a dealer because they would have to reprogram the car.

Any ideas on the next step that hopefully won't break the bank?

Are you saying that there is no power to the instrument cluster or just no warning lights?

I should have specified. The the only thing not working on the dash are the illuminating lights to the speedometer and tachometer and the odometer is stuck on T2 ————
