I’ve read a number of posts about using epoxy to try and seal a leak at the top of a number of the Volvo fuel pumps.
I’ve got a similar symptom and went to look at my fuel pump to see if I could apply the same or similar fix.
Instead of finding the top of the pump after taking off the metal circular cover, I found the locking ring and a flat plastic top. See pic.
Can anyone give me some advice on how to address this fuel pump leak issue?
There is no corresponding cover/pump/opening on the other side of the vehicle...
