Default 99 s80 t6 inlet heater hose
The inlet heater hose elbow on the firewall of my 99 s80 t6 has a leak. I was wondering if there is a special tool or trick to remove it from the heater core?

Figured it out! Hold the elbow to the firewall straight and turn the plastic ring counter clockwise. Hope this helps someone out.....

Yes, this helps! I have the same problem in my 2001 S80. Were you able to resolve the problem? What did you end up having to do to resolve the problem.
