Default AC compressor

I have been hearing a noise in my car 07 s80 3.2 when first started. Noticed when ac compressor is out the belt is running out. Looks
like bearing in compressor or
cluth is bad. When it kicks in looks fine. Is this normal or cloth bearing going bad. Thanks

If there is a noise from the ac clutch when the compressor is off and the noise stops when the compressor is on (meaning the noisy bearing is no longer turning) - You have a bad idler bearing in the ac clutch.

When the clutch is not engaged you can see the belt running out about 3/16 of an inch. Thanks for the help. Greatly appreciated
