Default Advice needed: brake hoses and tie rod ends

My dealer says I need these. I really know nothing about mechanics. However, I've got a 1973 MGB that I've rebuilt the front and rear ends, including suspension and brakes (and bleeding). It's really just nuts, bolts, patience and a good manual.

I've got all the tools I will need.

How hard is it to change tie rod ends? Inner and outer. (then an alignment)

Are the brake lines something anyone can do, and then bleed the brakes?

Does anyone have a paint by numbers instruction manual?

Thanx.
