Hi, When I am doing city drive, AC Blows air excellent and good enough to cool the car inside. No problem at all.

but while driving on highway say 500 KM Trip, after 50 or 70 KM Car AC condition stops blowing air, in worst, I can just feel the coolness from the ducts.

Why is that so, appreciate replies. bYe

 

When was the last time your had an A/C recharge performed?

I purchased the car when it was already run 125k km....
and now it is 164k KM. never been serviced.

Any suggestions to check.

If you are not getting any forced air flow then your blower motor is shutting down.
It could be a bad motor, bearings that are dragging or a faulty blower motor resistor or relay. You might need to do some searching to find a recommended diagnostic procedure for your S80. I'm not that familiar with that model.
