Default Airbag SRS problem

Hi,
My relative has a W reg Volvo s80 and when checking suspension with ignition on the airbag light appeared and will not go off.

We have tried the Vida Dice diagnostic software but this will not clear the problem. Is there any other diagnostic software someone can use, and does this need to be a mechanic or is there something we can download and do ourselves?

Without having to remove the module to locate the part number, is there any easy way to clear this issue and how costly could it be please?

Won't pass it's MOT due next week and need vehicle on the road for work......

Using VIDA what codes are stored in the SRS module?

If none (not knowing what year the car is) you may have a bad DIM - the instrument cluster

Symptoms courtesy of xemodex - https://xemodex.com/us/instrument-clusters-for-volvo/

Common Failure Symptoms

▼• “SRS System Service Urgent” message is displayed.
• Code SRS-0001 “SRS indicator lamp” stored.
• Code DIM-0002 “ABS warning lamp” stored.
• Code DIM-0003 “SRS warning lamp” stored.
• Code DIM-0005 “Red general warning lamp” stored.
• Complete DIM shutdown and only the Check Engine Light is on.
• Twitchy pointer needles on one or more of the gauges.
• Self-advancing clock.
• Turn signal indicator arrows not displaying in the DIM.
• Message display scrambled or not working.
• Missing pixels on the message display.
