In the past year I have had my 2005 S80 AWD aligned 3 times and it still pulls to the right. The dealership seems to think it is fine and perfectly aligned.

Am I missing something here?

What are the camber measurements? If you have postive camber on the right and negative on the left, then the car will want to steer to the right. Even though it may be in "spec" this will still be a problem. If it continues, try swapping tires side to side to make sure you dont have a tire pull

 

Mine pulls bad just had new control arms installed Pulled very little before but now if you take your hands off the wheel heads for the ditch

 

can you adjust the cam on a volvo?
