two ways to turn over an engine 1) the starter motor (not good for testing if you have mechanical issues) 2) pop off the timing belt cover and put a socket on the crank pulley bolt. If there's no interference you should be able to spin 360 by hand. If you can't then you may need to look for issues with an inspection cam - ie valves not closing etc. Access to the crank pulley on most models is done via a door in the passenger side fender well. Try Youtube for a vid on replacing the timing belt on the S80 to see.

It's short for 'Inspection camera",a little lens in a flexible tube that either is attached to a video screen or will eventually get an image on a PC or a phone. Range from cheap to hundreds of dollars.
never seen a trans lock up like that, the torque converter should let it move. Keep us notified.

Ah. One of those Midland Ross kind of things.. I have a shop down the street, who has one of those, I borrowed it for a bit. The holes all look kind f used, but all have a kind or bright spot
near the bottom (couldn't look at 1 or 6, too near the top of the cylinders), kind of looks like the cylinders all seized pretty much at once, like PO said.
Hm. Could put an $1100 motor in it, Or just junk it,
I have now way of picking the body the body up, so no way of renewing they engine. Seems kind of a waist too, the body in in near perfect shape, black on black with chrome wheels....
