Hi Guys,
I owned a S80 2001 2.0T...recently this hose was broken & the engine oil kept spilling out from it. Pls refer picture given below. Can anyone help me find :-

1) What's the name of this part...is it called BLEEDER HOSE ?
2) In your goodwill... could anyone find out for me what's the part number of this hose ?

Why...because...so that i can order it from a workshop whereby its near to my house. In order for them to purchase this item for me...they need the part number for it. I'll fix it by myself as thevolvo dealer is far away from me & furthermore they (volvo dealer) wants me to buy the parts from them :-( I would appreciate if anyone could come up with thispart numberrather than me going back to the so called volvo dealer whom know nuts about servicing & maintainence of an S80.

Did you mean BLEEDER hose? Cause a Breeder Hose would be attached to a stallion! SorryI couldn't pass that one up.

That is a Vent system hose it comes off the top of the Vent box.
I tried looking it up but since you are in a different marked I don't have a 5 cylinder listed in a 2001 S80 in the computer.
If one from an S60 will work and on a turbo S60 here is the part#1271654

 

Thanks Tech for your kind info. Tomorrow i will go to the workshop & check whether is this part#1271654 compatible with my S80 2001 2.0T or not. I'll keep you posted.

 

Hello Tech, yes u r rite....S60 & S80 shares the same vent hose & part number 1271654. Thanks tech for your kind gesture & info. The vent hose arrived oredi :-) Pls see picture below.
