Brake Light
I was wondering what could cause the brake failure message to come on ONLY when I brake into a turn...it's kind of annoying. Also, my SRS and airbag light came on after the body shop changed out my battery. When I hooked it up to an OBD II computer code reader, nothing comes up.
are your brake lights working(when you hit the brake pedal do they light up)? Do all of them light up? If one brake light goes out it causes the brake light failure to come on?
Both brake lights work fine. See, the catch is it is only at high speeds or when I brake into a turn at ANY speed. This is what is truly confusing me. I'm going to have the low voltage codes cleared for the SRS/Airbag this week. I really really hope this isn't an expensive problem to fix because I'm still going to sell it.
my onboard computer is telling me that i have a low battery voltage like when i leave the car off and have my sound system going, if i change my battery to a cold crank or a deep cycle battery, willl i get the same problem with the srs message if i change my battery?
It might help some but not get rid of all of it. The Yellow top optima might be the best for the job.
With my little almost 400 watts I have to have my car running to power all 3 of the Amps.
