car went into 1st gear when swiched to autostick
i was drivein down the road in D (drive), doing about 50mph, i swiched it into autostick and it went to 1st gear engine reved up WHAAAAAAAAAAA, why did it do that? it only did it this one time

Not sure why it did it.
Something might be wrong with the sensor.
Try driving it a couple of times at lower speed and switch to autostick and see what happens.

You know what i dont like about the volvo autostick. they should change the gear up and down the opposite way. Gear up forward and gear down backwards. That will make more sense to me.
