Check engine light?

I have a 2000 Volvo s80 T6 with 184,000 miles on it!
The check engine light comes on and the code reads EVAP leak.
We've replaced all the hoses, the converters, and the gas cap...what else can it be? O2 sensors??
Also my car leaks so much oil I need to refill It every week and a half. it leaks out of the top portion.
Any ideas?

PCV and evap system are totally different.

What is the code? Could have a bad valve or vent at the fuel tank.

Did you look at the canister hoses? Should be a big J hose

it shakes when it goes to start and says "engine system service required immediately" then I turn it off and turned it back on and now it says SRS airbag service urgent.
the key is also very hard to turn now.
Any ideas?
