I have volvo s80 I have finshed service for 85000 K/M and they changed water with other think
after driving car for 45K/M some times I see "coolant low stop engine" some times off with red light .[:-]

I cheked coolant water it show as min line .

maby I have to add water till rich max or coolant and which coolantI have to use volvo coolant or any.

what will do to off that letter

 

Fill it to the MAX.

 

Its a level sensor not a quality sensor.Coolant expands and contractswith temperature. Fill to max.

 

Thank you very much my dear it was air squeezein said while puting coolant after stop engine air gone and coolant come down belwo min .

Now is OK I added water till max line and red light off , massege gone .
