Coolant Question
Well I have another stupid question. My 2000 S80T6 had a low coolant warning light on the other day and after reading my owners manual I noticed it said to use Volvo Coolant only. Do I have to buy Volvo Coolant or what other type is it ok to use? I live in a small town where Volvo Coolant is not sold, but if that is what I have to have I will get some. Also I topped it off with water only as I had to drive that day so what whould I do about that. Thanks for the help!

You don't need to use "VOLVO" coolant only. I use any of the off the shelf stuff.
Right now I am using Prestone I believe 50/50 coolant. Meaning 50% water and 50% coolant. That is what you need to use. The cap should tell you right on there.
