Hello,
New to Volvo, spent some time with the manual and the settings and I cannot find how to display the miles per gallon?

I can do it easily with my Saab, but cannot find it with the S80

huh? what u mean..The message center on left side shows vehicle data (mpg, avg speed, etc. ) and any messages. To toggle it you have adjust it through the turn signal lever.
But you have said that you looked through the manual? and still cannot find it?
So when you toggle through the different settings what do you see

 

I must have missed it - I downloaded the PDF and did some word searchs and then just skimmed.

Yes on the odo - I want to see mpg's, I will try that out thanks!
