Do I need a Volvo Antenna Adapter for aftermarket stereo?

Default Do I need a Volvo Antenna Adapter for aftermarket stereo?
I just ordered a Pioneer FH-P8000BT for my 01 s80 and will be ordering the oem double din fascia within the next few days. I saw on crutchfield they include two antenna adapters if you buy from them. Well I didnt buy from them but I'm wondering if I need to buy these adapters. Also, will my existing wiring plug into this unit?
