Default engine advice

I have a 2000 s80 that the motor is taken apart, head off and oil pan,, so far I have new timing belt, tensioner, lifters and waiting on new piston and rings to come in, cam seals, oil pump gaskets, head gaskets water pump gaskets,so on and so forth.
My question is,,while its apart should I also replace crank bearings, main oil seal and anything else thats on the bottom end? it has 120k miles on it

I can't imagine a motor with that few miles on it needing to be taken apart. My guess would be that the work on the motor exceeds the value of the car.

If it's that far apart, go ahead. As long as the cost is under $100. If the motor craps out after what you are doing, junk the 12 year old car or part it out.

bought it like that, previous owner had the timing belt break and a valve fall. Didn't wanna pay for rebuild after having it apart, so I grabbed it for 800 bucks and grabbed it from the mechanics garage who I got to talk to about it, but as a mechanic, he would only replace what was needed, not his car, so he don't care.
Now as someone who's gonna drive for it a few years, figured while its apart I may as well make it basically new again. Just not sure if I should rebuild bottom end while its apart.

I would at the very least inspect the bearings while you're that far into it. If showing any wear I'd replace them...

Also, from what I understand on these cars, you should probably replace the water pump as well. Seems to be a typical thing to do with timing belt replacement.
