Ok....
1. What is your s80? A 2.9L or a T6?
2. What is your budget?
3. Just do not put muffler on your car that is just stupid.
4. If your just a 2.9L I suggest going with a 2.25" to a 2.5" crush bent or even mandrel bent piping to a Flowmaster muffler. See with N/A cars like the 2.9L you need back pressure this is why I suggest a Flowmaster muffler.
Now if your a T6 I suggest 3" downpipes mandrel bent to 2.5" mandrel bent catback system with a Magnaflow muffler. See with a turbocharged system you want free flowing that is why 3" downpipe is great see great sound and performance from that. 2.5" catback seeing as how your probably not upgrading you turbos so you don't need a full 3" system and use Magnaflow because they are a striaght through design (Free Flowing).
I would have these exhaust systems custom made.
