Off a stop, or after apply my brakes, sometimes it'll feel like after I left off the brakes, there will be a little sticking. I just changed my front brakes and rotors, bled my brakes. I can feel and hear a bit of a grinding scrap and squeal to the brakes even after I am completely off the brake pedal. I used OEM rotors and brake pads when I changed them. Could my calipers be sticking or is it anything else? I had this problem before the brake change i think, but it was less noticable. When I accelerate it does feel like they're holding me back a bit.

 

Jack up the front of the car and put it in Neutral nad see if they spin easy.

The backing plate might be hitting the rotor making the noise.
