Default Feels like its slowly loosing power

Ok Ive done too much to this car to list so bear with me.... its a 2002 s80 2.9t6 executive 75th anniversary edition... It has 145k miles on it... new timing belt and the works. Rebuilt turbos. New cats, transmission flush and filter change. new volvo plugs. new fuel filter. new pcv. cyl 5 coil... aftermarket k&n cone filter. maf sensor. etm cleaned. map sensor. and thats it engine wise. suspension and mounts and bushings and brakes have been completely overhauled... It runs very smooth and quiet but its weirdly low on pickup... on full throttle it seems to wake up drastically at like 4500 rpm it 6000 rpm but otherwise its painfully slow.... a year ago I could lay a strip of rubber down the block if I wasn't carefull now Its peddle down to go...... The boost gauge shows its running at about 6to 10 psi ... Im kind of at a loss as to why its so slow.... Tcv is my next target.... I may stick the stock air box on and see what changes Let me know with any ideas.... Thanks
