Front wheel rub and steering column loose.
Hello Volvisti. 
Still wondering whether to buy the S80 T6 and there's a couple of points I sorta need to clear up.
The car is fitted with the 17" Volvo rims and 225 types but at full lock they rub a little on the inner wing. Should there be spacers fitted between the hub and wheel or are there full lock stops that might have deteriorated? Or maybe some other reason this is happening.
The steering column, when locked in position won't move if you try to pull out/push in but will move up and down by, at most, half an inch. Is this norma and, if not, is it a "tighten-the-mounting-bolts" job or an "Eek-expensive-or-hard-work" job to fix.
The headlamps have some condensation in them, easy enough to remove but I was wondering if this was a common problem.
