Default Fuel flap cover how to installation

Could someone please help on the S-80 need to remove the old plastic bracket that fits on the body that holds the gas flap cover in place. Seems it has plastic pop rivets that I can not figure out how to remove to take off the broken bracket to replace with the new bracket.

Is there a procedure diagram on how to install the flap to the bracket very confusing on the steps to take..................thanks for the help

Take a punch and push them through... then *very carefully* push the new ones in place on the new bracket.

When I mean very carefully, I'm not kidding... gently tap them in - they are known to bend/break.
