Anyone know how to replace the fuel pump in a 2004 S80 T6 2.9L Turbo/2WD?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

 

why are you trying to replace it? volvo has a recall for those fuel pumps and it may apply to your car.but you have to take the rear bench seat out and the passenger backrest out. after that you would be able to get to both of the sides of the fuel pump.you take the fuel level sensor out first then the fuel pump side. its a saddle tank so you might want to tie a wire from the passenger door striker to the fuel level sensor side.
