Hi

Yesterday I went in my garage and their was a gas smell in my garage. I wasnt sure it was coming from the car or not. So last night I parked the car outside and In the morning the gas smell was gone. And today when I park the car in my garage the same gas smell came again. So im pretty sure its coming from the car. Any idea's what might be the issue?

 

There was a recall for some models. I just had the fuel pump replaced on my 2002 S80 which solved that problem. Gas smell was getting really really bad before it was changed.

I think I may have to go into the stealership to see about the recall.. Sometimes I think im smelling the gas but im not sure entirely.. I guess I can leave it up to them to figure it out

 

you should be able to look up somewhere about the recalls on the car. You could probably even just call them and ask about it. If it is covered under the recall, then it will be more of a deal then a steal, get changed for free and they will probably wash and vacuum your car too !!
