Did you remove and look at the bulbs?
Did you test for power at the Headlight bulb socket?

Use a Test light and see if you have power going to any of the wires by the Bulb.

If you have no power then you will need to go further under the Dash and remove panels and inspect things.

Check for power first and let me know.

You will need to go under the Dash on the drivers side and remove the Lower dash panel.
Then look towards the left you will see a computer like thing with a bunch of wires. You will have to drop it down and inspect the relays.

The problem is the Fuse box overheats and the connection gets burnt.
Then sometimes it will make a connection and other times it won't.

Most of the time if it isn't that bad you can clean it up really good and tighten the connections some and it will work good again.

Not sure how much the relay is but if the box side is really bad then look out some big $$$$

The box side is actually the CEM the Main computer of the car.

Remove the lower dash panel on the drivers side. Then look towards the left side by the side of the body. You will see the box with relays you will have to reach up and feel for a tab to unlock it. Then tilt it to remove it from the bottom you should see the groves it sits in then you will be able to see it closely.
Check out link for pictures of what it looks like and is located only. That link is to stop a bulb failure with a HID upgrade. Then look and see what it looks like and if it is burn't for sure.

Do you think it could be a software issue? I know when the software went "weird" in my car, I had a lot of very odd things begin to happen.
