I actually love the wipers, they are unique and people ask about them all the time. As long as you maintain them (just like everything else on the car), they do their job and do it well.

Being in NY, we get a lot of snow and with snow comes dirty/salted roads that forms a layer of dirt on your car, including your lights when driving. Having had vehicles without headlight washers, I have come to appreciate how great they are in terms of helping clear off your lights as your driving.

yeah i am north of you in toronto, i know what you mean, but why the heck do they have to spray the washer fluid everytime i use the wipers with the fluid on my windshield ??? it wastes so much fluid, my buddy has a merc that will spray it every other time you use the washer fluid on your windshield, unless you double tap it and then it activates it no matter what...

i go through a bottle of washer fluid every week and a half

im gonna agree with jlewis on this one. i love the wipers. see i live in michigan, where this winter for instance its consistently between 0 and 15 degrees, so th wipers definetely help with all the snow and salt and keeps my lights shining bright.

This is a to each there own statement. Personally if I need to spray my windshield because its dirty, then my lights are probably just as, if not more dirty (due to their location). So it makes sense to me.
