does anyone know how to remove the headlights on 1999 s80??

I've heard that i need to remove the front bumper as well

a diagram of the removal would be greatly appreciated

There's a good explanation of how to do this already on this board, but no pics.

You have to remove the rivets to the wheelwell to get the bumper off; I tried not doing this and it just doesn't work. Have a Torx T-25 socket handy. Remove plastic rivets from top of bumper. You need an 8mm socket to remove the headlight wiper. I use a small ratchet, it's a tight squeeze. Remove bolts underneath bumper. Once you're able to slide the bumper forward and down, you'll see two other bolts that come out. I'm sure I'm missing something, but those are the main points.

If you replace the headlight, I'd recommend removing the side lamp and make sure the two interlock. The Taiwan parts are not an exact fit and you might need to trim the plastic where the two lamps fit together. Easier to do that off the car than on. Trust me, I know.
