Hello everyone..

My friend i work with has a 2000 volvo s40 1.9t.

He called me and told me he got into a small accident where he shattered his headlamp and headlamp wiper.. So I told him i whould fix it for him. I already sourced a headlight for him at a local euro junkyard. What i needed to know is what tools do I have to bring into work tommorow to change out the headlight..
Also do i need to remove the bumper to do so or can i do it with just the hood popped. A how too page whould be great if there is one.

You will need a phillips screw driver and a 10mm socket and wrench.

You will not need to remove the Bumper. You are supposed to but if you push the bumper cover down you can work it out. Then back in.
