how hard is it to replace heatercore in 2000 S80

Hi,

What is the reason to change? Leaked heater core does not need to change always.
if the leaking is on the driver side then the only o rings need to be change if the on the passenger side then it need to be replaced.

It is quit a messy job, I recommend get it done by professional.

And if you are not living in cold area then block the pipes from back of the engine compartment (Like I did) and spent zero

Thanks for the "O-ring" info I'll check it out. Was expecting it to be a heater core replacement. I was getting coolant on the drivers side carpet. Will update on the findings and resolution.
