Heater not working effectively

I just purchased a used 2005 Volvo S80 and drove for 3 days, everything seems to work fine until this morning the heater was not blowing enough heat. Even at the max temp (around 80), the heater was blowing air like it's 65/70 degrees and after sometime, its just gets colder. I'm in northeast and at this time around, I need heater in my car but apparently for some reason it just stopped working. It was working a day ago.

Any clues? ideas?

This is my first Volvo purchase
