Default Help Tech! reccuring CEL issues

We have a 2002 S80 non turbo 2.9 w/89,900 miles. Runs perfect, CEL came on (still runs perfect) and gives code of catalyst, bank 2. Took it to an independentmechanic and he says all 02 sensors are working fine and resets the computer. CEL comes back on in less than 1 day, take it back to independent and he does a hard reset on the computer to get it to"relearn" itself. CEL comes back on 1 day later. We take it to the dealer, same code comes up, they say all 02 sensors are working fine and recommend trying an ETM update. They do the update, CEL comes back on before we get home. Do you have any recommendations where these guys should look or check to actually get this fixed?FYI-siren went bad and ran the battery down one day, replaced siren, dealer said battery might need to be replaced too. Dealer did the siren work before update.

Any suggestions would begreatly appreciated.

Do you know the exact code that came up? It may be on the receipt.

It may need the O2 sensor.

No exact code from the most recent visit to the dealer. The exact description on the receipt of the update was "ECM Gasoline Up". The original fault code from the independent was 49010. I don't have the code from the 2nd visit to them but they found the airflow meter out of range and reset the adaptatives. Lastly, I have a fault code from AutoZone's generic scanner-PO432. Any of this help?

The p0432 is just a 3 way cat efficency code. Could be a vacuum leak or a bad Mass Flow sensor.
