How hard is it to replace the dashboard?

Hi

Im looking to replace the dashboard on my 99 S80 because the Airbag went off and damaged it from a very minor accident about a year ago. I found a new one on Ebay for about $100. Just want to know how hard it is to replace?

It is kind of a pain to replace. But if you have a weekend and room to work it is not all that bad.
