I might be close to trading in my '98 xc with 145,000 on it. Had to spend a ton of money on various repairs since I bought it in '01 with 35,000 on it.

I've gotten used to the "feel" of a Volvo and don't really want to go anywhere else.

I'm wondering if the S80 AWD model is a step up in reliability, or are the Volvos still trailing many other cars re frequency of repairs.

How's yours been? Your friend's? etc...

 

Well, I guess no one on the board owns an S80; or if they do, they have nothing good to say about it.
