Default Need help from someone experienced with s80 repair

Hey, Ive got a 2004 6cyl s80. It needs a new flywheel and me and my brother are going to try to repair it ourselves. If anyone has done transmission work or perhaps even replaced the flywheel specifically we could use any of your tips or expertise. What we need are tips as far as what sort of book to buy, service manual, ect. What special tools, if any, we need. And any potential problems as far as removing the transmission. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
