evrything was working fine, sunroof was open, went to close it but it just wasn't happening. front and rear dome lights quit working, trunk will only open with remote, also SRS service required came up on message display at same time. all the fuses were checked. is there anything else I can do, can't afford a trip to the dealership, all help would be appreciated

 

Try locking and unlocking with the key and see if it all comes back.

 

sorry new to Volvos, are you talking about locking the trunk? Everthing esle on the car works fine, all the door windows, locks and so on.

In the top post you said the sunroof stopped and the dome lights didn't work.
The car might have gone to sleep to wake it up lock the door and unlock with the key. That should wake it up.

 

your a good man, THANK YOU it works now. I just need to find out why its has that airbag service required (came on when all this happend)on now, but at least I don't have to worry about rain getting in my car

 

If you had Low battery voltage it could have triggered the light.

 

is there a way to reset it?

 

Dealer or an INDY shop that can read SRS codes.
