Default Opening the Door Panel?

What's going on y'all. Just bought myself an 04 S80 a few weeks back and yesterday while trying to close my passenger side window the front started getting pulled in while the back moved up, causing the corner of the window to be located right in the middle of where the closed window should be (sorry if this is somewhat difficult to visualize). Well long story short I decided I would open up the panel in order to see what was going wrong. Followed directions from this video
(even though car model isn't exactly the same) and found that there was an additional screw keeping it in place. I have no clue what kind of tool is needed to open therefore I could not proceed. Image is attached below, thank you.Name: jCTzbl9.jpg

i believe they are T25 torx screws. so you need to buy that special screwdriver that is used for torx screws. give it try.
hope that helps
BTW what year is your S80

There shouldn't be anything in that smaller hole. Just two torx 25 screws in the larger holes.

It is a 2004. Yeah that is what I originally thought, doesn't make sense that they would make one model of the same year differently. I'm positive that I have removed all screws named in the video but I wasn't able to yank out the door panel and it seems as though the panel is attached to the door right where that mysterious screw was. Oh well I guess I'll just have to drop some bills to get it fixed professionally.

Did you remove the trim ring around the door handle? It's still in place in your picture.

Are you all positive that the part I pointed out is not a screw? I haven't used that much force yet in fear I'll break something but if it is in fact not a screw it gives me a little more confidence. Also I will try taking off the trim ring, although it didn't say to do so in the video. Thanks for your time guys

Didn't say it in the video because that is a different door panel. It doesn't have the trim ring around the release handle.
