Default Options when changing out timing belt

I have been contacting a few Volvo specialists for pricing in town as my 04 S80 2.9 has 91k on it. I hear its best to at least check the belt for signs of early aging now (remove cover and look for cracks?) and then have it, along with the tension and idler pulley replaced at 105k. The thing is, some shop are advising extras like water pump and one is saying the cam seals should be replaced at the same time. Any consensus on this? Do water pumps or cam seals leak on these cars?
BTW just to do the belt and pulleys is around $600 here. Full service 105k is $1100 - ouch!

We change the belt, tensioner and pulley. The water pump is a very long life unit, in my experience.

If the seals aren't leaking, don't touch them.

I'm also preparing to do a timing belt job on my 2004 S80 2.9. Exactly what cam seals are you guys referring to? (Experienced car and motorcycle wrench turner but a Volvo newbie.)
