Default please help me... engine problems..

so i was driving today and hit a pretty large pothole in the road and thought nothing of it because the streets where i live are the worst. about 10 min. later im waiting at a red light and the whole car starts to shake and the check engine light begins to flash. i drive off and the car began to shake more as i sped up. when i stopped again the shaking was more violent than before. i pulled over popped the hood and everything looked fine except the shaking motor.
what do i do?

Sounds like something broke. I'd say, first, get your codes pulled and see what is at least flagging as a problem. Check your oil too, maybe you ripped off something.

I wouldn't drive start it/drive it until you know more definitively what's going on. Check underneath to make sure you didn't crack the oil pan or transmission pan. Also check the lower motor mounts. If you threw a CEL you may also want to check wiring underneath...

I'm hopeful for you but am concerned that you lost the oil pan.

a coil is gone, go get it scanned, find out which coil it is and replace it yourself

Peculiar... but glad it is fixed! The ten minutes later thing spooked me into thinking that things were going from bad to worse...
