Howdy. Son #2 just bought himself an S80 in good shape, but the dash is lit up like a Christmas tree. We took it to our local Volvo dealership who wants $3000 to fix them by replacing the ABS, Rear Electronic and Alarm Siren modules. I have found a guy on eBay who rebuilds the ABS for $60, but no luck so far in locating discount Rear Electronic or Alarm Siren modules. Any advice?

 

I would proceed with the ABS replacement and see how many codes would reappear. The siren can be purchased and installed by yourself. I got my siren via TascaParts.com for about $146.00
