Default Rough Cold Start: 2000 S80

My wife has been telling me that randomly this week she will start up our 2000 S80 and it will shudder after the engine begins to run. She said acceleration and idle are fine, it's just randomly that it shudders after a cold start. It's happened about 5 times this past week, but never had this happen before.

I've tried to recreate the shudder, but everytime I start the car up it runs just fine. There isn't an alert or code being generated. And like I said the car runs great other than these random starts.

Any ideas? Is this the ETM going out or requiring service? I've kept the car very well maintained, and the only thing I haven't done in a while is get the injectors cleaned. Any ideas would be cool. Just so you know we've had some wicked temperature changes throughout the day, and the rain/moisture level has been very high. I don't know if that could be a factor.

Did you ever get this figured out? My 2001 S60 Turbo sometimes will shake and shudder violently upon start, and then have no power to accelerate in Drive. Works fine after I shut it off and restart.
