S80
I have been offered the chance to buy a 2004 S80 D5. The car has 344,000 miles on the clock however there is a fully documented service history which shows, 47 services, 5 cam belts and 3 gearbox rebuilds.
the car is immaculate but the mileage is a bit of of red flag, I have never owned a Volvo so looking for some advice as to if the service history should ease my concerns. Thanks

Everybody has their own max mileage comfort limit. Mine ( as someone who fixed Volvos for a living for 40 years) has always been about 180,000 miles. Rarely would a customer own a car with more than 200,000 miles on it and bring it to me for retail car repairs. I'm certain there are a few cars were out there like that - but I never saw them.
