past 2 days in Indy snow and ice storm, ok today was backing out of my parking spot in apartments and sharp turn the wheel and i heard a loud *** thud and the steering wheel was like jerking over. first time its ever did this out of nowhere today in this weather. any help? pulled forward to back out again and same thing

 

Check your stops on the A-arms... still there or did they fall apart?

 

I had to change my strut mount bushing on the top of the stut, if its bad the spring will try to snap the wheel back. open your hood and turn steering wheel, the top of strut should turn with wheel if its working.

 

Is there anyway I can make this after I have already torn the head apart?
