Default suspension issue

Recently i have noticed that while driving maybe 45+ mph the car seems to have like a side to side sway over different sections of road.

I know that my struts are weak because i can really feel the bumps in the road. I am just wondering what could be bad that would cause more of the side to side sway than your typical front and back roughness.

thanks in advance.

Could be a messed up tie rod causing the car to drift like that.
Might even be a wheel bearing.
