Where can I find 2 replacement ***** for the fade/balance and bass/treble on the radio? they seem to be missing.

 

I need ones for my car as well... I haven't been able to find them from aftermarket sources and since I am currently stationed in Germany the language barrier has prevented communicaiton between myself and the local parts department... well by local I mean an hour away. The phone is not a good way to try and figure out what the hell two people are talking about who don't understand eachother to begin with.
