Has anyone done this? Is it very hard, as in can I do it myself in one day... or am I better off just taking it to a shop?

 

You could probably do it but you will need to get the front of the car pretty high on jack stands. It has to come out the bottom of the car.
Is it a turbo or Non-turbo car?

The turbo one is a pain in the A**.
But it can still be done.
You will I believe need to remove the radiator and intercooler as one then seperate and reinstall as one unit.
But I forget exactly. I know on the 850 and S70 you have to remove both as one.

But it has been a while since I have done a T-6
