Service reset procedure (again)

Service reset procedure (again)
2002 S80 T6
Message centre says "Time for regular service". I've searched the forums and come up with the procedure of:
1. Turn ignition to first position
2. Press and hold odometer button
3. Turn ignition to second position
4. Wait 10 (or 30) seconds for light to flash
5. Release button and turn off ignition
Done it over 20 times.
No results.
Any suggestions?
Thanx.

RE: Service reset procedure (again)
Tech, since I posted this, I found the solution on another website. The procedure changed for 2002. Here are the instructions, in case anyone wants to bookmark it:
1. Turn key to position 1.
2. Press and hold the trip reset button (the odometer button)
3. When the miles reset to zero, turn the key to position 2 while holding the trip reset button.
4. When the original miles on the trip odometer return, release the trip reset button.
5. Turn the key off, then back on and start the engine.
Worked the first time for me.
