Car S80 1999 2.9 Non Turbo.

Hi, Every time I start my car early morning is say "Stop Safely and Restart" and upon 2nd start all fine. It only happens on early day start. There are number of things related to start up...anyone have idea where to pinpoint the issue.

Look into the ETM software update issue. That's been reported as a cause on some newer models - could be the same for yours.

I agree but how I can update the software for ETM beside Volvo dealer.
