steering wheel feels a little stiff and heavy, lets say i turn it all the way to the right really slowly, it makes a noise, and when u get all the way to the right or left, i can hear a noise of something, then when it gets away from that edge its normal, it creeks lightly when turned slowly? any ideas of what i could be facing?

 

Look where it goes through the floor you will see a bearing. Spray it with something and see if it helps. I like using Silicon some like WD-40.
